The F3020 wireless safety system features a patented conductive trigger that connects the user’s body to the shear’s electronic system. When the cutting head comes into contact with the opposite hand - bare or gloved - the blade opens instantly, helping prevent accidental injuries.

The Wireless DSES system operates through direct skin contact, though individual conductivity levels may vary. For optimal performance and maximum protection, INFACO conductive gloves are recommended. These gloves enhance signal transmission, ensuring consistent conductivity and improved safety during pruning operations.

Important: If you want to use gloves to protect from cold weather, in order for the DSES system to work, your hand must be in full contact with the conductive glove and conductive glove cannot be covered. In other words, you cannot wear another glove under or over the conductive glove in order for the system to work properly.

Features

The use of INFACO conductor gloves is strongly recommended to:

  • Increase the safety system conductivity.
  • To make the reactivity consistent on the entire hand surface.
  • Reduce unwanted triggering on wet wood and/or wood that is too close to the ground.
