Shipping policy

In line with our Total Customer Satisfaction mission and due to the nature of the products that we sell, we strive to ensure shipped products arrive in safe condition.  Packages may be heavy, due to the weight of the product. Please use care when lifting packages. When multiple items are in an order, we will not make the package heavier than 50 pounds. Some products themselves - such as coils of wire - are heavier than 50 pounds. 

In the unfortunate event a product arrives damaged and unusable, immediately contact us at agloff@militellofarmsupply.com or 1-716-679-1240.

To ensure your order arrives safely, the lids of bottles containing liquids are secured with tape, per UPS shipping standards. Each bottle containing liquid is then sealed into a plastic bag. 

 

Shipping Carriers & Estimated Delivery Dates

Our products are shipped via UPS. For most products, you may choose from UPS Standard, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2nd Day Air. Some products may not be shipped by UPS Air. 

UPS does not ship to a post office box. A physical address must be provided at the time the order is placed. 

For smaller items, we will occasionally ship via US Mail if that is a less expensive option. You will be refunded the difference to the original form of payment if we mail via US Mail because it is less expensive than UPS.

Estimated Delivery Dates are generated by UPS. These are estimates only, do not count weekend days, and do not include any unavoidable delays which may occur due to holidays or weather.

We process orders Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Orders placed after 3:00pm during the week or on the weekend will be processed the next business day. Store closures for holidays may extend processing time. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as we are able. 

UPS picks up our shipments once a day, Monday - Friday.  UPS does not pick up at our location on weekends. 

 

Proof of Delivery

We reply upon UPS to report if a package has been delivered. You are provided with a Tracking Number when the order is processed via the email you used when placing your order. 

We are not responsible for delays incurred by UPS. 

We are not responsible for packages delivered and then stolen. 

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided on the order. 

 

International Shipping

We do not ship products outside of the United States. We do not ship internationally, to Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, US Military bases located outside of the US or US Territories.
