Office/E-Commerce Manager

Militello Farm Supply Inc. is the leading farm supply business in the Chautauqua -Lake Erie Grape Belt. We are seeking an Office/E-Commerce Manager to join our team.


  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable and enter payroll hours. General invoices, sales receipts and estimates. Perform daily cash register reconciliation and prepare bank deposits.
  • Provide total customer satisfaction in person, over the phone and online. Operate point-of-sale and run credit card machine.
  • Assist with inventory management by receiving products, conducting annual inventory, monitoring inventory levels and ordering products.
  • Assist Sales Manager in overseeing, tracking and reconciling pre-paid customer accounts.
  • Coordinate mailing lists and process mailings.
  • Assist in planning customer events such as Open House & Chicken BBQ, and Annual Sale.
  • Assist Sales Manager in general store operations.


  • Process orders for shipment utilizing WooCommerce. Manage online inventory and pricing.
  • Manage backend of website by updating product pages and suggesting upgrades to improve site and sales.
  • Develop and implement an e-commerce marketing strategy to meet company goals.
  • Manage customer email list utilizing MailChimp. Develop and implement email marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy. Post content (photos, video and text).


  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Experience with QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using WordPress/WooCommerce or Shopify.
  • Experience with Google Product Feed and MailChimp is a plus.
